Summary
The Recruiter runs a full desk model of recruiting where they have the ability to find candidates to fill open requisitions, as well as seek out new clients that will provide the team with other, new requisitions to fill. They are responsible for recruiting new candidates, keeping existing candidates apprised to all open positions that they may be interested in, obtaining and retaining clients, and generating revenue. They do this by utilizing all the recruiting tools at their disposal, including, but not limited to: Linkedin RPS, Indeed, Vincere, and cold calling staff lists.
